Light of the Heart:
A Winter Day Retreat

A winter retreat to nourish your glow and soften the heart.

Join us for a day of movement, music, and stillness — a time to slow down, reconnect, and warm from within. Through soulful flow, chanting, and quiet reflection, we’ll tend the soft glow of the heart and honour the beauty of uniqueness — like snowflakes, no two the same, yet all part of the same gentle snowfall.

Nestled in the natural sanctuary of The Living Centre, with the crackle of a wood stove and the hush of winter all around, we’ll weave together practices of asana, Bhakti, and mindful connection — both indoors and outdoors — to embrace the magic of the season.

It is my joy and passion to share the practice of yoga. Knowing how much it goes beyond the physical practice, I am fortunate to witness how it can change lives, just as it has changed mine.

    Flow freely, live fully

Your Guide

Hi, I’m Emily Eileen—yoga teacher, mentor, retreat leader, and founder of Flowee.

I created Flowee as a space to move more freely, feel more deeply, and live in alignment. My teaching is rooted in presence and curiosity, with a focus on soulful movement and real connection—both within ourselves and with each other.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2016, and over the years, I’ve guided retreats and teacher trainings across the globe. This has allowed me to explore what flow freely, live fully means in my own life, and how I can help others discover their own flow.

In my classes, you can expect creative flow, breath-led movement, and space to explore at your own pace. I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you what something should look like—my role is to hold space for your experience, your rhythm, and your own unfolding.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me surfing, hiking, playing my harmonium, or sipping coffee in the sunshine. I also love time with family at home in Canada, and quiet mornings with a journal and lake view.

Wherever we are, my hope is the same: that this practice helps you feel more at home in your body, more connected to your truth, and more free to live fully—whatever that looks like for you.
