Retreat Booking Terms

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions for participation in this retreat hosted by Flowee by Emily Eileen (“we,” “us,” or “Flowee”).

💳 Booking & Payments

  • All prices are per person and listed in USD.

  • A $700 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • Upon booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with full retreat details and payment instructions.

  • Payment plans are available upon request. The final balance is due by January 21, 2026.

❌ Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel:

  • Within 7 days of booking, you’ll receive a full refund (including the deposit) unless it’s after January 21, 2026.

  • Before January 21, 2026: All payments minus your deposit will be refunded.

  • After January 21, 2026: No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

Failure to complete payment or communicate by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation and the charge of any remaining balance to your provided payment method.

🔁 Retreat Changes & Force Majeure

Flowee reserves the right to make changes to the venue, retreat leaders, schedule, or itinerary if necessary due to illness, natural events, travel disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstance.

If we cancel or significantly alter the retreat:

  • You may transfer your deposit to another Flowee retreat within 12 months.

  • All other payments will be forfeited unless otherwise stated.

  • No further refunds, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including “cancel for any reason” coverage.

🧘 Health & Safety

By registering:

  • You affirm you are in good physical and mental health to participate in yoga and retreat activities.

  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred.

  • Flowee is not liable for injury, illness, emotional harm, or property loss during the retreat.

Participants may be required to complete a waiver and health declaration before attending.

🦠 COVID-19 Guidelines

We may request a negative COVID-19 test prior to the retreat. If you test positive and cannot attend, your full retreat payment will be credited toward a future Flowee retreat within one year.

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary for group safety based on current conditions.

🌎 Travel Insurance & Documents

We highly recommend purchasing:

  • Travel medical insurance (hospitalization, medical evacuation, prescriptions)

  • Trip cancellation/delay insurance

  • “Cancel for any reason” coverage

You are responsible for all personal travel documents, including passports, visas, and required immunizations.

⚠️ Risks & Liability

Retreat activities may include hiking, yoga, nature excursions, or other physically demanding experiences. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

By joining this retreat, you agree to release and hold harmless Flowee by Emily Eileen, its agents, hosts, partners, and vendors from all claims of liability.

📸 Photography & Media

Photos or video may be captured during the retreat. By attending, you grant Flowee by Emily Eileen permission to use your likeness for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

If you provide photos or content after the retreat, you grant Flowee permission to use them in marketing and content with appropriate credit.

👥 Conduct & Participation

Flowee reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the group dynamic or poses a safety concern, without refund.

Participants are responsible for their own behavior, choices, and well-being throughout the retreat.
