Retreat Booking Terms

Flowee by Emily Eileen | Gros Morne Yoga & Hike Retreat
August 28th - September 1, 2025

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions for participation in this retreat hosted by Flowee by Emily Eileen (“Flowee,” “we,” or “us”).

💳 Booking & Payments

  • All prices are per person and listed in CAD.

  • A $650 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

  • After submitting your deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full retreat details and remaining payment instructions.

  • Payment plans are available upon request.

  • The final balance must be paid by July 28, 2025.

❌ Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel:

  • Within 7 days of booking, you’ll receive a full refund (including the deposit), unless cancellation is after July 28, 2025.

  • Before July 28, 2025: Payments made will be refunded, minus the deposit.

  • After July 28, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Failure to complete payment or communicate by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation and your card may be charged the remaining balance. You will be notified and given 3 days to respond.

🔁 Retreat Changes & Force Majeure

Flowee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the retreat itinerary, facilitators, or location due to unforeseen events such as illness, natural disaster, or closures.

If Flowee cancels or changes the retreat significantly:

  • You may transfer your deposit to a future retreat within 12 months.

  • No other payments will be refunded unless otherwise stated.

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to help recover your costs in the case of cancellation or changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

🚫 Flowee Cancellation

If Flowee cancels the retreat due to low enrollment or other reasons unrelated to Force Majeure:

  • You will receive a full refund of all payments made to Flowee.

  • Flowee is not liable for additional expenses (flights, insurance, preparation costs, etc.).

If the cancellation is due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, etc.), all payments will be forfeited. We are not responsible for expenses or losses resulting from such cancellations.

🧘 Health, Safety & Responsibility

By registering, you affirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga and outdoor retreat activities and assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries.

You agree to release Flowee by Emily Eileen and its partners from any claims of liability, injury, loss, or damage.

Flowee reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt the group dynamic, without refund.

🌎 Travel Insurance & Documents

We strongly recommend the following:

  • Travel medical insurance (hospital care, prescriptions, evacuation)

  • Trip cancellation/delay insurance, ideally with “cancel for any reason” coverage

Travelers are responsible for all personal documentation: passports, visas, licenses, immunizations, etc.

⚠️ Assumption of Risk

Retreat activities may include hiking, yoga, nature excursions, or other physically demanding experiences. Flowee retreats may take place in remote areas with limited access to medical care. Risks include injury, illness, or environmental factors (e.g., terrain, wildlife, weather).

By registering, you voluntarily accept these risks and agree to take personal responsibility for your safety and well-being.

📸 Photography & Media

Photos and video may be captured during the retreat for promotional use. By participating, you grant Flowee permission to use your image and likeness in promotional materials. You may request not to be photographed.

If you share your own content post-retreat, you grant Flowee permission to use it with proper credit for promotional purposes.

By registering and submitting your deposit, you confirm your agreement to the terms listed above.
